Job Description :

Responsible for performing a variety of customer service and administrative tasks essential for managing the business aspects of the practice and ensuring a positive experience for customer.

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers and provide extra-ordinary service to our customers in a professional and timely manner
  2. Handling existing customer inquiry request
  3. Address members’ enquiries effectively and maintain satisfactory quality of customer service
  4. Make appropriate recommendations to meet customers’ expectation
  5. Escalate enquiries when necessary in line with internal guidelines

Requirements:

  1. With 1 - 3 years of CS experience in insurance or financial industry
  2. Good interpersonal and problem solving skills 
  3. Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
  4. With Professional telephone manner
