Job Description :
Responsible for performing a variety of customer service and administrative tasks essential for managing the business aspects of the practice and ensuring a positive experience for customer.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers and provide extra-ordinary service to our customers in a professional and timely manner
- Handling existing customer inquiry request
- Address members’ enquiries effectively and maintain satisfactory quality of customer service
- Make appropriate recommendations to meet customers’ expectation
- Escalate enquiries when necessary in line with internal guidelines
Requirements:
- With 1 - 3 years of CS experience in insurance or financial industry
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
- With Professional telephone manner
