Mô tả công việc / Job Description

• Chăm sóc khách hàng hiện tại và tìm kiếm khách hàng mới / Take care of existing customers and look for new ones.
• Phối hợp với các phòng ban để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ và tiến độ giao hang / Coordinate with related departments to ensure service quality and delivery schedule.
• Hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn đội ngũ Sales (nếu có) / Support & guide the sales team (if any)

Yêu cầu ứng viên / Requirements

• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp / English for communication
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các công ty trong lĩnh vực thép / Candidates with experience in the steel industry are preferred
• Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương / At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và xử lý tình huống tốt
  / Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Năng động, chủ động, chịu được áp lực công việc
  / Proactive, dynamic, and able to work under pressur
