Job Description : Job Purpose
The incumbent will work with the Senior Manager, Business Analyst and Head of Business Technology to manage the team and ensure the system is always available and ready for business.   The role requires information gathering of the requirements of process / functional or reporting arising from statutory requirements or enhancements to the system, into proper documentation.  The business requirement is triggered by the marketing, based on market demand.
Duties & Responsibilities

1. To ensure that optimum service levels to the customer (internal users) are aligned in accordance with the service level defined in the severity level reporting
2. To participate and assist the exploration of business with new technology and innovative processes.
3. To ensure corporate and regulatory compliance in all IT execution and cybersecurity
4. To develop a clear scope of requirement documentation (BRD) with the process for review and sign-off by stakeholders
5. To mentor and coach the junior Business Analyst team to ensure team productivity
6. Manage the team – roster planning, status follow up, tasks delegation, chair team meeting and issue approval for claims and etc. 
7. To manage the entire product development and in terms of quality, functionality alignment with the business.
8. To ensure product prioritization and business product roadmap planning
9. To perform market assessments and translate business-to-technical requirements, and vice versa.
