Job Description :

1. Sort Scan received invoices/send invoice to OCR Batch
2. Determine error and resolve any interface/posting errors
3. Book GRIR entry in SAP and book month end accruals in SAP
4. Should be well versed with GRIR account clearing, debit balance investigate variance and clearing
5. Preparing the account or vendor reconciliations / resolving the open items coming in account reconciliations
6. Generate KPI for supplier creation, perform GRIR reconciliation & review aging
7. Generate adhoc or agreed reports from SAP within the agreed timelines
8. Should support Internal / external audit requirements
9. Transformation Project
10. Accurate processing of Travel & Expense - Expense claim validation vs policy
