Job Description :

The Senior Advisor is responsible for managing complex application and group policy administration tasks (i.e (including Quality Assurance), ensuring high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

This role also provides guidance and training to junior team members, collaborates closely with the Supervisor to monitor work volume, and champions customer service excellence by continuously seeking ways to enhance the client experience

1. Processing and evaluating movement files and policy transactions for renewal and termination cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service standards
2. Reviewing and verifying case inputs from junior advisors to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.
3. Maintaining accurate customer records.
4. Mentoring and supporting junior team members by offering guidance and assistance with complex or challenging cases 
5. Investigating suspicious or high-risk transactions in collaboration with the Hong Kong team and problem cases.
6. Maintaining accurate customer records.

Requirements:

1. 3 - 5 years' relevant experience in policy administration, premium collection in medical/insurance areas. 
2. Good communication and problem solving skills, able to work well with people
3. Good service attitude, positive and ‘can do’ attitude
4. Ability to Multi-tasking
