Job Description :

• Managing supplier relationships to understand the business, gather market intelligence, assess risk, and ensure compliance to KPIs
• Providing guidance to cross-functional teams to support projects, procedures, and processes
• Overseeing the sourcing and buying process to ensure products are delivered according to quality, specifications, and budgets
• Experience in indirect buying
• Managing the purchase operations to ensure purchase orders meet budget, On-Time-Delivery, and productivity targets
• Create and follow up on Purchase orders.
• Initiate Requests for quote (RFQs), execute Purchase Orders and perform procurement activities within project requirements, budget, schedule, and in accordance with company procedures.
• Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
• Solicit and evaluate proposals employing appropriate negotiation, cost and price analysis techniques, using available expertise
• Exposure to contract management and setting agreements.
• Manage problems and schedule changes.
• Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Contributes to project as a team member.
• Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months
