Job Description :
- Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to M365 services across enterprise environments.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand, analyze, and resolve service-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal escalation teams and product groups to ensure timely resolution and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.
- Assist in deployment and configuration of O365 services in customer environments.
- Stay updated on new Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices.
- Deliver technical presentations and share knowledge with customers and internal stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Good understanding of Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and identity management.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for O365 administration.
- Knowledge of hybrid environments, including integration with on-premise Exchange or Active Directory.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or MS-700 are a plus.
- Familiarity with security and compliance features in Microsoft 365 (eDiscovery, DLP, Conditional Access, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Purview, or other M365 security tools.
- Exposure to migration tools such as BitTitan, Quest, or native Microsoft migration tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and experience in enterprise support environments.
