Job Description :
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure Cloud, Windows Server, and Endpoint environments
- Apply creative and structured problem-solving approaches to identify workarounds and long-term solutions.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers via email, calls, or face-to-face (where applicable), ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver presentations and consult on solutions involving complementary Microsoft technologies.
- Work on critical customer issues and escalations in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrate a balance of business and technical acumen when handling customer interactions.
- Provide detailed documentation and knowledge sharing with customers and internal teams.
- Stay up to date with innovative technologies and actively contribute to customer transformation and adoption.
Requirements:
- Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.

Mandatory Skill Sets:
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management mechanisms in 365 environments.
- Expertise in managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and familiarity with the integration of client-related services.
- Azure AD: Proficient in Azure Active Directory, including User Provisioning, Group Management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Familiar with OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect, which are common security protocols used in client-Platform.
