Job Description :

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure Cloud, Windows Server, and Endpoint environments
  2. Apply creative and structured problem-solving approaches to identify workarounds and long-term solutions.
  3. Engage directly with enterprise customers via email, calls, or face-to-face (where applicable), ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Deliver presentations and consult on solutions involving complementary Microsoft technologies.
  5. Work on critical customer issues and escalations in high-pressure situations.
  6. Demonstrate a balance of business and technical acumen when handling customer interactions.
  7. Provide detailed documentation and knowledge sharing with customers and internal teams.
  8. Stay up to date with innovative technologies and actively contribute to customer transformation and adoption.

Requirements:

  1. Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.
  2. Experience in the enterprise customer arena
  3. Face-to-face customer engagement skills
  4. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  5. Troubleshooting knowledge & skills
  6. Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management
  7.  Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation
  8. Demonstrate effective balance between business and technical acumen
  9. Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change
  10. Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complimentary products at a solutions level
  11. Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations

Mandatory Skill Sets:

  1. Basic knowledge of MDM, MAM. Azure AD
  2. Understanding Windows Server/Clients. Android, IOS
  3. Knowledge of Active Directory (Entra ID)
  4. Understanding of basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tools like EventViewer, Task manager and command line tools
  5. Basic Knowledge and understanding on DNS , DHCP and basic TCP/IP communication


Preferred Skill Sets:

  1. Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills & thinks logically.
  2. Basic knowledge on performance monitoring tools
  3. Understanding of the Windows registry and its use
  4. Mandatory skillsets for Windows iOS and Android.
  5. Enrollment all types.
  6. App deployments
  7. End point security
  8. App protection and configuration
  9. Autopilot
  10. Windows updates.
