Job Description :

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Comprehensive Growth Strategy & Online-Offline Integrations:

• Serve as an online and offline expert.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis.
• Set SMART goals and define clear growth objectives.

2. Data-Driven Growth:

• Possess strong data analytics knowledge.
• Lead testing and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure clear and concise reporting

3. Sales Team Management & Development:

• Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and motivation to achieve their targets.
• Establish clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide corrective solutions when necessary.
• Ensure the team understands and adheres to company sales and customer service processes.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Closely monitor key growth metrics (revenue, profit, market share, channel efficiency, etc.).
• Prepare regular reports on strategy effectiveness and propose necessary adjustments.
• Utilize data to make strategic decisions and optimize operations.

5. Collaboration & Partnerships:

• Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure synergy and effectiveness in growth initiatives.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.

6. Leadership & Team Management:

• Focus on team building & development
• Foster cross-functional Collaboration

Key Requirements

• 5 years of experience in roles related to Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Hacking, with a preference for experience in retail, e-commerce, or specifically in metalworking, electronics.
