Job Description : Our ECS division specializes in end-to-end marketplace operations, supporting platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Live Commerce. We provide a full suite of services—from website development and customer service to digital marketing and advertising—tailored to the specific needs of each client. Beyond marketplace operations, we also manage D2C platforms including Magento, Shopify, and WooCommerce. Our capabilities extend to enabling cross-border e-commerce, running performance-based advertising campaigns on global platforms, and supporting logistics and warehouse operations. ECS is committed to empowering brands to grow and succeed in the dynamic global e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and execute overall website operations, including both frontend and backend activities
  2. Implement website content strategies to align with marketing and business goals
  3. Execute SEO strategies and support promotional plans to enhance site visibility and performance
  4. Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  5. Respond to user inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  6. Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the website
  7. Lead and coordinate website-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  8. Analyze website performance data, generate actionable reports, and provide improvement recommendations
  9. Lead the website operations team, offering guidance and support to team members
  10. Address user feedback and inquiries promptly to improve user experience
  11. Ensure all website operations comply with relevant legal regulations and internal compliance standards
  12. Support senior management and foster collaboration across teams and departments
