Job Description :
- Create Report including but not limited to Data Load Workbook for Payroll inputs, Billing, Accrual, Enrollment, Cancellation, Time & Attendance and other Accenture tools, coordination with 3rd party vendor, participate to UAT/audit, brownbag session, paper archiving, employee clearance etc.
- Handle Tier 2 tickets/DHT
- Attend weekly calls related to process
- Intelligent Operations- Update metrics (Efficiency, utilization, capacity utilization, system downtime, FTE availability).
- Serve as Focal Person for HR Operations activities related to Termination cases, maintain Employee Data to be accurate and up to date in system, handle promotional cases, Work Schedule / Time and Attendance tracking for all employees
- Provide an accurate, complete and customer friendly response when handling ticket service to employees
- Ensure all compensation and benefits logged on the SNOW are resolved within the agreed TAT
- Administer compensation and benefits process scheme or report efficiently and within agreed timelines
- Prepare Monthly submit report to Payroll Vendor (includes any One Time Pay (OTP) Report, Recurring Pay Report, Overtime Report, New Hire Report and other reporting related to Payroll processing.
- Liaise with Payroll vendor and other functional team to obtain necessary information to resolve queries
- Other Adhoc report based in Singapore government requests.
Skilled and Experience:
- 2 yrs - 3 Yrs
- Fluent in Spoken and written English
- Experience in HR Employee Data management role
- Good at time management & professional
