Job Description :

Duties and responsibilities:

List the primary job duties and responsibilities using headings and then give examples of the types of activities under each heading. 

• Research and understand the market about customer behavior, needs, service usage habits and analyze products of rival companies
• Find new customers by surveying the market, offering stores, supermarkets, retail systems,...
• Contact potential customers in self-searched lists or from the company's data system
• Prepare questionnaires to survey the customer market.
• Synthesize and send data on business performance to the sales department
• Convince customers to use the company's products
• Sign a contract with customers to choose products
• Contact customers who are using support products, answer customer questions and feedback.
• Sign new contracts with old customers who want to use the service again
• Perform other Management tasks.

Qualifications:

Qualifications include:

• Graduated with major in Business Administration, Marketing... and related fields. 
• Minimum 2 years of exp 
• Can use Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Dynamic, creative, good communication, honest and hardworking. 
• Can travel on business within and outside the province. 
• Can communicate in English
