I/ Job Brief

1/ Job duties & Responsibility:

• Supervise the daily activities of bulk shipments and full vessel chartering. 
• Ensure coordination with third-party port agents, shipping lines, and document teams is effective and timely.
• Review shipping plans, booking schedules, and shipping instructions.
• Handle escalations and troubleshoot complex operational issues.
• Update legal information related to import and export goods
• Work with the team member to consolidate and review daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Accounting to align on delivery timelines, document requirements, and customer commitments.
• Allocate tasks and workload based on team capacity and priority shipments.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

2/ Job requirement (education, experience, skill)

• Education/Academic: Education/Academic: Bachelor's or College’s degree preferably in foreign trade, import and export others related.
• Language/Computer Proficiency: Fluency in English, Microsoft Office
• Behavioral Competencies: Sensitive, careful, honest and teamwork
• Work Experience: At least 5 years' experience in the logistic, import and export field at manufacturing company and having directly managed 2-3 menbers or more.
