Job Description :
1/ Job Purpose:
The Country HR Manager will oversee all human resources operations within Vietnam. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.
2/ Job duties & Responsibility
- Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local Labor laws and regulations.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Performance Management: Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Training and Development: Provide support and guidance to HR staff and management on training and development needs.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- HR Metrics: Develop and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Leadership: Lead and develop the HR team.
3/ Job requirement (education, experience, skill)
- Education/Academic: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Language/ Computer Proficiency: Fluency in English, Microsoft Office
- Technical Skills/Competencies: Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven leadership abilities.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Behavioral Competencies: Sensitive, careful, honest and teamwork
- Work Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
