Job Description :

  1. Responsible to resolve customer queries in a timely and accurate way through inbound call, email or live chat
  2. Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features and functionalities in the client platform
  3. Follow-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  4. Become and remain knowledgeable about client products and community standards
  5. Use market-specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of customers
  6. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
  7. Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
  8. Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team


Education background:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
  2. Must have B2 level English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension)

Work experience:

  1. Minimum of 6 months work experience in customer support in any industry.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome with degrees in the following disciplines: English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or any related field
  3. Call centre experience is not a ‘must’ but would be a distinct advantage.

Technical Skills:

  1. Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy score.
  2. Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
