Job Description :

• Key Responsibilities:
  • System testing & quality assurance (test case development, regression & system testing, test automation)
  • Software deployment, troubleshooting & maintenance (UAT/production environments, issue resolution, system reliability)
  • Customer support (ticket resolution, technical assistance, documentation)
  • System implementation & integration (hardware/software setup, network technologies, third-party integrations)
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong software testing experience (front-end & back-end, automation tools like Selenium)
  • Networking & troubleshooting (TCP/IP, Linux, IoT, cloud platforms like AWS)
  • Scripting (Python, Shell) & security principles
  • Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• No foreigners, only local Malaysians
