Job Description :

Responsibility:
• Design and Develop Solutions: o Architect Comprehensive Solutions:
Design detailed technical solutions that meet diverse client needs across multiple digital platforms. 
Strategic Alignment: Ensure solutions align with clients' business strategies and technology standards.
• Implementation and Integration:
Lead Implementation: Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Cross-Platform Expertise: Work with various digital platforms (e.g., cloud services, mobile applications, web technologies) to deliver robust solutions.
• Technical Documentation: o Develop Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on development progress, costs, and budgets. • System Assessment and Upgrades:
Evaluate Constraints: Assess project constraints and identify alternatives to mitigate risks.
Optimize Performance: Continuously optimize systems for performance, scalability, and security.
• Technical Guidance:
Mentor Teams: Provide supervision and guidance to development teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Research and Innovation:
Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to clients.

 

Skills Required:
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of system architecture, programming languages, cloud technologies, various digital platforms, and popular web development stacks (e.g., MERN, MEAN, LAMP).
• Strength in Python, PHP, Java highly preferred. • Data and AI Solutioning: Knowledge and experience in data engineering and/or AI solutioning as strong plus.
• Strong Communication: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of system architecture, programming languages, cloud technologies, and various digital platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business strategy and objectives, with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
