Position Summary: Handle live contacts of customers and provide appropriate solution to their queries.


Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide resolution to end users
  2. Escalate priority issues per Client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable
  3. Provide inputs on process changes and best practices.
  4. Stay updated with new updates, process changes and updates.
  5. Maintain Exemplary Attendance and Punctuality
  6. Support junior staff, providing help as needed.
  7. Other ad-hoc requested support.

Key Deliverables (KRA Measure)

  1. Provide exemplary customer satisfaction
  2. Meet quality standards on all handled contacts
  3. Complete 9 hours of staffed time on all rostered days
  4. Handle contacts while maintaining KPI targets as per agreed limit

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent customer service skillsĀ 
  2. Excellent verbal communication skillsĀ in Japanese
  3. Passionate towards serving the customer and displays high levels of customer obsession.
  4. Open to work in rotational shifts
