In this role, you will be expected to:
- Lead business development with minimal supervision, proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in client interactions, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to help shape the company’s strategic direction.
- Focus on target customers, tailoring strategies to meet their specific needs and drive business growth.
- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring effective interaction for new business opportunities.
- Present compelling business proposals that highlight the company‘s strengths and value.
- Track and assess personal performance in business development and customer opportunities, working closely with management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, especially marketing, solutions, and operations, to ensure business goals are achieved.
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster a collaborative work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience, with a proven track record and direct sales (customer facing) experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to lead initiatives and mentor a team.
- Effective in networking and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage time effectively and perform well under pressure
