Job Description : Responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities:

• Reporting to Payroll Tax Lead and responsible for a portfolio of countries across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions
• Prepare the calculations from our various ERPs which supports the complete periodic filling and payment of all Payroll Taxes for the countries and legal entities
• Prepare and initiate tax payments in various ERPs to meet payment deadline
• Prepare the working of tax fillings and reconciliation, and handle tax submission to tax authority
• Liaise with external advisor to ensure changes in taxes are recognized and ERPs and tax filing/payment is updated
• Document and communicate abnormal tax expenses to Operations and Management
• Prepare and review the reconciliation of all balance sheet tax accounts on a quarterly basis
• Resolves or escalate any queries or issues received
• Support all Tax and statutory audits, execute remediation action for any findings
• Any other duties as required
