Job Description : Role Summary:
Executing commercial operations day to day tasks and ensuring contracting and commercial works (including ordering) meet business and operating objectives.
Being responsible for proposal preparation, Purchase order review and acknowledgement PO, comply with process and tools for RFQs/PO management and complete the wing to wing process.
Working closely with Sales and Project Management teams to provide contract support on.
Essential Responsibilities:
• To support in overall commercial operations for prepare proposals/bids/Tenders, contract negotiation and comply with contract commitments for spare parts, field services.
• Support opportunities pipeline, throughput/yield, and cycle time metrics and KPI measurements.
• To liaise with internal support functions to process customer RFQ and POs with regard to services for GTS.
• Support to manage Deal risk and governance adherence (DOA and Risk Matrix, HQ and Regional Deal Reviews, etc.)
• Support commercial proposal with highest quality, completeness and time responsiveness Lead Risk Assessment processes - coordinate with Functions (Legal, Finance, Risk)
• Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communications from SBH and internal stakeholders regarding the requested services.
• To maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation for spare parts order handling.
• To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, SBH and other department across the organisation from time to time.
• To execute any additional duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
• To support the channel partners and JVs in preparing submissions
