Job Description : ole Summary:
Responsible for maintaining the base facility including overseeing building operations, identifying issue of concerns, providing solutions, troubleshooting appliances and building systems, conducting basic repairs and ensuring the integrity of exterior premises.
 
Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinates regular tests to identify any irregularity in the electrical systems, machines, furniture, or other materials that are important for the functioning of the facility.
Assist in HSE/Security in Keeping track of the functioning of safety equipment and security measures adapted in the facility.
Reports any error in the systems to the concerned items and gets it repaired
Be available to respond to emergency situations pertaining to the physical plant, i.e. System failure, water leaks, etc.
Ensure that premises and equipment are well maintained, clean and hygienic environment is maintained in the cabins, hallway, reception, warehouse, and in all other parts.
Coordinate purchasing for process materials, furniture, and other requirements deemed necessary for the facility in efficient manner.
Coordinate non-project based renovation of an existing facility.
Coordinates with product lines and/or base managers in daily operations of repair and maintenance; promptly handles all maintenance problems within the department areas of responsibility
