Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly to ensure compliance with business policies.
  • Maintain and update customer files, including contact information, order history, and billing details.
  • Generate and issue invoices and ensure that invoices are sent to customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable to ensure that payments are received on schedule.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Provide customer service regarding billing and payment issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on order status, billing activities, and payment collections.
  • Assist in financial audits by providing necessary documentation related to order processing and payments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
